This end-term evaluation assessed the Kabul Strengthening Municipal Nahias Programme (KSMNP) 2016-2020-that was implemented in 20 Nahias of Kabul municipality, under the umbrella City for All (CFA) programme. The KSMNP was implemented by UN-Habitat Country Programme in Afghanistan, in coordination with the UN-Habitat Regional Office of Asia and Pacific (ROAP), during the period of January 2016-March 2020.
